1. Acceptance and binding effect

By accessing or using Seedance 2.0 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service scope and modifications

The Service provides AI video creation and related tools, including prompt-based generation, media upload workflows, account features, credits, and subscriptions.

We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time for business, legal, safety, or technical reasons without liability for resulting feature changes.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account, including API or automated usage tied to your credentials.
• You must maintain accurate account details and promptly report unauthorized access.
• Account sharing, resale, sublicensing, or transfer is prohibited without our prior written consent.

4. Prohibited use and enforcement

You may not use the Service to violate law, rights, or platform integrity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Illegal, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful content creation/distribution.
• Use of copyrighted, trademarked, or personal data materials without proper rights or legal basis.
• Bypassing safeguards, rate limits, moderation controls, or security protections.
• Scraping private endpoints, attempting reverse engineering, or probing infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Bot abuse, synthetic traffic fraud, multi-account abuse, payment manipulation, or chargeback abuse.
• Any conduct that degrades service performance, reliability, or user safety.

We may investigate and take action, including content restriction, credit forfeiture, suspension, termination, and legal referral.

5. User content, rights, and licenses

You retain your ownership rights in content you upload, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, in generated outputs.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, copy, transform, transmit, and store content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• You warrant that you have all rights and permissions required for uploaded content and intended output use.
• We may remove, block, or refuse content that appears to violate these Terms, law, or third-party rights.
• You remain fully responsible for publication, downstream use, and legal compliance of outputs.

6. Copyright and complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@aiseedance2.pro with sufficient identifying details.

We may remove allegedly infringing content pending review and may terminate repeat infringers at our discretion.

7. Credits, subscriptions, and billing rules

• Paid access is offered through credits and/or recurring subscriptions.
• Credits may be consumed according to model choice, duration, resolution, queue priority, and other generation parameters.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• Pricing, packaging, and credit conversion rules may change prospectively.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
• Failed payments may result in restricted features, paused subscriptions, or account limitations.

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

8. Fraud, chargebacks, and payment disputes

• If a charge is disputed, reversed, or identified as suspicious, we may immediately suspend corresponding credits, outputs, and account privileges.
• We may require verification materials before restoring access.
• Abusive or bad-faith chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination and denial of future service.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers (including hosting, AI infrastructure, payments, and communications). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service limitations outside our reasonable control.

10. Suspension, termination, and data handling

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately when necessary to protect users, platform security, legal compliance, or payment integrity.

• Upon suspension/termination, access to some or all content and features may be removed.
• We may retain necessary records for legal, tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and security obligations.
• Termination does not waive your obligation to pay outstanding fees.

11. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or legally sensitive.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and validating outputs before use.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seedance 2.0, its affiliates, officers, employees, and vendors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and dispute process

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity, excluding conflict of law principles unless mandatory local consumer law applies.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version is effective when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
